BBU is a next-generation mechanical purging compound designed to deep-clean the screw, barrel, and nozzle, restoring your machine as close to factory condition as possible. It’s effective for injection, blow, and extrusion applications — especially in tough changeovers and heavy contamination scenarios.
Traditional purging compounds often only sweep the surface — leaving carbon deposits, degraded material, and black specs behind. This leads to rejects, inconsistent product quality, and long cleanup cycles.
BBU uses a proprietary scrubber concentrate embedded in a stable polymer carrier to mechanically remove carbon and degraded material during the purge pass — not just displace it. The result is a cleaner screw and barrel with fewer repeat purges.
