BBU is a next-generation mechanical purging compound designed to deep-clean the screw, barrel, and nozzle, restoring your machine as close to factory condition as possible. It’s effective for injection, blow, and extrusion applications — especially in tough changeovers and heavy contamination scenarios.
Traditional purging compounds often only sweep the surface, leaving carbon deposits, degraded material, and black specs behind. This leads to rejects, inconsistent product quality, and long cleanup cycles.
BBU uses a proprietary scrubber concentrate embedded in a stable polymer carrier to mechanically remove carbon and degraded material during the purging pass, not just displace it. The result is a cleaner screw and barrel with fewer repeat purges.
